Shortbread Cookies
2 sticks butter
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
2 cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients together and roll small balls to place on cookie sheet. With fork press cookies down and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
